Cleanse, condition and refresh without irritation.

What It Does

This gentle cream cleanser thoroughly removes makeup, excess oil and debris while respecting the skin's natural moisture balance. Free of fragrance and dyes, this cream cleanser is designed to gently cleanse even the most sensitive skin for a refreshed complexion without irritation.

Key Actives

  • Decyl glucoside and sodium cocoyl glutamate. Two mild cleansing agents derived from sugar and coconut, used in place of the harsher surfactants found in many cleansers.
  • Aloe vera leaf juice. A long-established soothing botanical that helps keep skin comfortable through cleansing.
  • Oat kernel oil and beta glucan. Both oat-derived. They calm skin that reacts easily and help it feel settled afterwards.
  • Sunflower seed oil and glycerin. An emollient and a humectant, working together so the skin is not left tight or stripped.
  • Sea buckthorn and pomegranate seed extracts. Antioxidant botanicals that support the skin's own defences.

Who It Suits

Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Free from added fragrance and dyes. Use morning and evening, or either.

Key Benefits

  • Removes makeup, excess oil and debris without disturbing the skin's own moisture balance.
  • Mild sugar and coconut-derived cleansing agents in place of harsher surfactants.
  • Aloe vera, oat kernel oil and beta glucan help keep reactive skin settled through cleansing.
  • Free from added fragrance and dyes, so it suits skin that reacts to both.
  • Leaves the skin comfortable rather than tight.

How to Use

  1. Pump a small amount into clean hands.
  2. Massage gently across a moistened face using light circular movements for around 60 seconds, avoiding the eye area.
  3. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
  4. Use morning and evening, or either.

Cleanser is where I start when someone comes in with reactive skin, because it is the product that touches every part of the face twice a day and it is the one people spend least on. A fragrance-free cream cleanser with a mild surfactant fixes more problems than any serum does, and it costs less than most of them.

Is this the right product for you?

Concern / context
A good fit
Better to wait or ask
Sensitive and reactive skin
✓ Yes · fragrance-free, dye-free, mild surfactant
Tightness after cleansing
✓ Yes · conditioning oils, no stripping
Rosacea-prone skin
✓ Yes · nothing in it to provoke a flare
Recovery after treatment

Removing heavy eye makeup
Use a dedicated remover first, then this
Congestion and oiliness
Nothing here targets that. Purifying Gel Cleanser instead

Key actives

Active What it does Why we use it
Decyl glucosideDecyl Glucoside A mild sugar-derived cleansing agent that lifts oil and makeup without stripping the skin. The surfactant is what decides whether a cleanser is gentle. This is one of the mildest available.
Sunflower and oat oilsHelianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Avena Sativa (Oat Kernel) Oil Two conditioning oils that keep the skin comfortable while it is being cleansed. Oat is long-established on irritable skin, and it is why this leaves no tightness afterwards.
Sea buckthorn and pomegranateHippophae Rhamnoides Fruit Extract, Punica Granatum Seed Extract Two fruit extracts that add antioxidant support to an otherwise plain formula. Small additions, but they are the difference between a basic cleanser and a considered one.

Results take time

First use
Skin feels clean without the tight squeak, and needs moisturiser less urgently.
Week 2
••
Redness after cleansing settles and stays settled.
Week 4
•••
Baseline reactivity drops, often more than any serum achieved.
If skin stays reactive
Assess
If a fragrance-free cleanser has not calmed things in a month, something else in the routine or the skin itself needs looking at. Come in.

Pairs with: everything. This is the neutral base a sensitive routine is built onWorth knowing: there is nothing exfoliating in this. If you want your cleanser to do more, that is a different product, and on reactive skin it is usually a mistake

After Profhilo Safe from the next day
After microneedling Safe once the skin is closed, usually 24 hours
