Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms apply to your use of shop.londonroadclinic.com and to any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

2. Using our site

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. You agree to provide accurate account and order information and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products

We sell professional-grade Glo Skin Beauty skincare and mineral makeup. We take care to describe and show products accurately, but packaging and shade representation on screen may vary slightly from the product you receive. Our products are cosmetics for home use and are not medicines; nothing on the Site is medical advice.

4. Orders and contract

After you place an order you'll receive an acknowledgement email. This confirms we've received your order but does not form a contract. A binding contract is formed only when we email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we can't fulfil an order (for example, an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error), we'll let you know and refund any payment taken.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout and set out in our Shipping Policy. We take payment at the time you order, through our secure payment providers. We try to ensure prices are correct, but if we find an error we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the UK and the Republic of Ireland in line with our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your right to cancel, return items and obtain refunds is set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: for health and hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging, and this does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.

8. Faulty goods

If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including to a refund, repair or replacement. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

10. Our liability

We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we're not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time you ordered.

11. Events outside our control

We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather or supply shortages.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales (or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, the courts of your home nation).

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it.
