Shipping Policy
London Road Aesthetics Ltd (trading as The London Road Clinic) dispatches all orders from our clinic in Newark, Nottinghamshire, by DPD courier.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
Dispatch & delivery
Orders for in-stock items placed before 12 noon (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day for next-working-day delivery. Orders placed after midday, at weekends or on bank holidays — and any items not currently in stock — are typically delivered within 2–3 working days.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed.
Tracking your order
All orders are sent on a tracked DPD service. We'll email you a tracking number when your order is dispatched so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Delays
Occasionally delivery may take longer than expected during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within a few working days of the estimate above, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll look into it for you.
Incorrect addresses & failed deliveries
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, and a further delivery charge may apply.
Missing or lost parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or a parcel appears lost in transit, contact us at [email protected] and we'll work with DPD to resolve it.
