Phyto-Calm Aloe Drops is a fragrance-free, dye-free calming serum powered by aloe vera, olive fruit oil, and sunflower seed oil to help support the skin's natural moisture barrier, reduce redness, and soothe reactive or sensitive skin. Part of the Glo Skin Beauty Calm + Soothe range, distributed in the UK and Ireland by Glo Skin Beauty UK & Ireland.

What It Does

Skin feels instantly calmer, softer, and more comfortable after use. Redness and visible reactivity are reduced with regular use, and the skin's natural barrier is visibly strengthened. Free of fragrance and dyes, this serum is formulated to be gentle enough even for the most sensitive skin types.

Key Actives

Aloe vera (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice forms the base of this formula) is a clinically recognised anti-inflammatory that helps cool, calm, and soothe skin sensitivities and reactive moments. It also helps prevent transepidermal water loss and supports the skin's natural recovery. Olive fruit oil softens, moisturises, and helps reduce surface water loss. Sunflower seed oil provides antioxidant support that conditions skin and helps protect against premature visible ageing. Follow with Phyto-Calm Aloe Hydrator for optimal calming and barrier-support results.

Who It Suits

Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive, reactive, and dry skin. Especially well suited to skin experiencing redness, irritation, or dryness. Use AM and/or PM, daily. Free of fragrance, dyes, parabens, talc, mineral oil, sulphates, phthalates, and gluten.

Key Benefits

  • Helps soothe and calm reactive skin, fragrance-free and dye-free formula suitable for even the most sensitive skin types.
  • Aloe vera helps reduce the appearance of redness and supports the skin's natural moisture barrier function.
  • Olive fruit oil softens and moisturises, helping reduce surface water loss.
  • Antioxidants from sunflower seed oil help protect against signs of premature visible ageing.
  • Pairs with Phyto-Calm Aloe Hydrator as a complete calming routine for reactive skin.

How to Use

  1. Apply 4–6 drops to skin after cleansing and toning, morning and evening.
  2. Allow to absorb fully before applying moisturiser.

Reactive skin usually needs less, not more. This is a short ingredient list doing one job, and it is free of added fragrance. It does carry botanical oils, including rose and lavender, so if you are the kind of reactive where botanicals are the trigger, patch-test it on the jawline first.

Key actives

Active What it does Why we use it
Sunflower seed oilHelianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil A linoleic-acid-rich oil that conditions and supports the barrier. Second on the ingredient list, so it is doing the structural work rather than appearing for the label.
Olive fruit oilOlea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil An emollient that softens and helps reduce water loss from the surface. Pairs with the sunflower oil to hold moisture in without an occlusive film.
Aloe veraAloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice A soothing botanical that helps calm the feel of reactive skin. The familiar name on the label, though the oils above it are doing more of the work.
