Key actives
| Active | What it does | Why we use it |
|---|---|---|
| ResveratrolResveratrol | An antioxidant that shields the skin surface and helps calm the look of redness. | It does two jobs at once, which is why this cream suits reactive skin better than a plain emollient. |
| SqualaneSqualane | A light emollient that locks moisture in and softens the look of fine lines. | Plant-derived and non-comedogenic, so it cushions dry skin without causing congestion. |
| Blackcurrant seed oilRibes Nigrum Seed Oil | A nourishing oil that helps support healthy skin function. | Adds the lipid side of barrier repair, which humectants alone cannot do. |

Common questions

It helps the look of redness by supporting the barrier and calming the surface, which is often what drives it. Redness with a clear pattern or trigger is worth an assessment rather than a cream.
It contains natural fragrance from the botanical ingredients. It is free of artificial fragrance but it is not fragrance-free. Patch-test if you react to botanicals.
Yes. It is one of the better choices for the days after resurfacing, when the barrier needs lipids and comfort. Your practitioner will confirm when to restart everything else.
