Yes, the same formula in a 15 ml pot rather than 50 ml. It exists so you can find out whether your skin likes it before buying the large jar, and so it fits hand luggage. Per millilitre it is not the cheaper option.
Used twice a day on the face, roughly three to four weeks. That is long enough to judge comfort and texture, and not long enough to judge firmness, which takes two to three months. Bear that in mind before deciding it has not worked.
Epidermal growth factor, a signalling protein the skin makes naturally. The version here is made by fermentation rather than from any animal or human source, which is what vegan EGF means. It is a cosmetic ingredient working in the skin's upper layers.
