This is the one product in the range where the price tells you something honest about the formula. Peptides are expensive and Glo has put three of them in at the top of the list. It will not do what a treatment does, and I would rather say that plainly, but it is the serum I would put someone on between appointments when the concern is expression lines rather than texture.

Key actives
| Active | What it does | Why we use it |
|---|---|---|
| Smoothing peptideDipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate | A peptide used in skincare to soften the look of lines formed by repeated expression. | It is aimed at the lines that come from movement, which respond to a different approach than lines that come from dryness or sun. |
| Gardenia stem cell cultureGardenia Jasminoides Meristem Cell Culture | A plant cell culture used to support the skin's own structural framework. | Structural support is slow work. It is why this is a serum you commit to rather than try. |
| Lifting peptidePalmitoyl Tripeptide-38 | A peptide that supports the appearance of firmness and gives an immediate tightening effect on application. | The immediate effect is cosmetic and wears off. The reason it is in here is the longer job it does alongside the other two. |

Common questions
Peptides are the expensive part of any formula and this one carries three of them high in the ingredient list, alongside a plant cell culture. Whether that is worth it depends on whether expression lines are the thing bothering you. If your concern is dryness or dullness, there are better-value products in the range for you.
No. It softens the appearance of lines formed by expression and supports firmness over months. It does not relax muscle and it is not a substitute for anything done in clinic. What it does well is hold the ground between appointments.
Yes. The formula includes lavender, rose, jasmine and michelia oils, and the allergens linalool, geraniol and citronellol are declared. If your skin reacts to botanical fragrance, this is not the right product and we would point you to the Bio-Renew EGF range instead.
Yes, but not in the same layer on the same night while you are starting out. Use the serum in the morning and the retinol at night for the first month, then bring them together in the evening if your skin has stayed comfortable.
